Very clean and comfortable room. Great idea of having a kitchenette available for late night and breakfast at no additional cost. Brilliant location for city centre and if there happens to be a band or group playing it's a perfect night out.

The pub is great, the beer is brilliant, however the so-called Nepalese curry turns out to be 100% Halal despite the Nepalese population being only around 4% Muslim. The menu doesn't mention this and I don't want to eat meat killed in the Halal way....More

Lovely room, comfy bed and friendly staff. We stayed for 2 nights (Fri and Sat). Only thing that let it down is breakfast food did not get restocked xx

If you are a real ale drinker then his is the place from you, what a great selection. On a Tuesday they also do a "curry" night which quite a few customers were having it looked very good.

Excellent band in a really atmospheric friendly venue. I booked the tickets in advance over the internet. A really simple transaction. Just showed the email on my phone. If you like small, intimate venues with great music then this is definitely the place for you.

Stumbled in here before going for food. Friendly barman, cheap (compared to London) prices for drink. We came back after eating to find an acoustic duo on the stage which for a Wednesday night were pretty good. Posters on the wall showed loads of live...More
