Surprisingly interesting museum and art gallery. Spent a happy hour here viewing all the exhibits. Cafe looked promising but we didn’t have time to visit it. Worth seeing and it’s free.

Spend some leisure time here wandering the museum. A casual clean open eating area to buy and enjoy light refreshments too. Interesting galleries upstairs. Worth a visit, donation optional.

Lots of history in here - plenty of information about Joseph Wright. The school children were enjoying a visit being shown around by Cleopatra on the day we were there.

We are trying to find a taxidermist locally that can come along and repair poor Mr Fox's tail. His bandage won't hold it on for much longer! Glad you enjoyed your visit and hope you will come again soon.

Gives a good insight into the history of Derby and Derbyshire. The Bonnie Prince Charlie room was very interesting and well done. Some interesting exhibits and loved the Joseph Wright Gallery.
