In a half term visit booked our 15 and 13 year old into Rock Ratz. They spent 50 mins climbing in the arena while my husband and I had a coffee in the cafe. It felt very safe from a Covid point of view and the kids were very happy and tired at the end. We very briefly saw the climbing walls - I was impressed how tall they are. They only went on the walls with auto belay - a great invention in my opinion! The coffee was fine although my husband said his cake was dry (mine was fine). They have an app which you can install on your device to order your coffee, but be aware an extra 24p will be charged for ordering this way.

Popped in out of interest on the Saturday. Friendly staff gave us a tour. So impressed returned for sessions the following day. Kids (6 and 8) had first real experience climbing. They did the Mice session and had a fantastic time. The young lad taking the session was great. The kids really warmed to him and threw themselves into it. I had a play bouldering which was really fun and challenging. Really helpful, friendly staff. Good feel about the place. Well run and fun. Highly recommended.

I took my two daughters (9 & 12) to climb today, although they have a little experience with climbing this was our first visit to The Warehouse and they both had a fantastic time. Everyone we encountered was welcoming and professional. Their instructor Tyler was knowledgable, attentive and encouraging and she ensured the girls got the most out of their session. The venue was clean, the climbs were varied interesting. I would definitely recommend a visit here.

As newbies to climbing we were made to feel very welcome by the manager and staff, the instructor was great teaching us the safety measure and very encouraging all the way through the session. The climbs were challenging in a good way and as the kids are older 20,19 and 17 it was a great activity for them all to enjoy. Very reasonably priced for an activity as we were able to return for another climb. The cafe was cleaned every time someone left the table the staff were very pleasant. If we lived nearer we would definitely join the club. Thanks for a memorable, enjoyable experience

I was brought this session as a Christmas gift, I was a little nervous because I felt that someone of my age could never be able to climb. But what an experience. When I arrived on Tuesday I was greeted in such a nice manner by this gentleman in the cafe especially because my wife and I were a little confused with the entrance and signage. Something I hope they will look into, especially because as you walk up to the building for someone who has never been before, to see entrance on the outside and then to have to follow signs to a different door. He then eased my mind by talking me through what the climbing was like and his knowledge and skills, I did feel sorry for him having to run back and forth between the cafe and what seemed like the old reception to get me shoes. 3rd time lucky for the fit unfortunately. My sessions started on time and the instructor put my mind at ease I cant remember his name unfortunately. we spoke about what I would like to get out of it, and went through a couple of equipment before I put on the harness and I scaled the walls. What a shock and beautiful place, it's so much bigger on the inside than one would imagine. The walls do look like they've had better days though but a great atmosphere. I would highly recommend this place to anyone that has never climbed before or to the people that have climbed and would like a unique place. I now have a climbing bug. We finished our session with a beautiful coffee, sausage roll and a few toasted sandwiches. What a great cafe, great prices, excellent service across the building. Again with the rest of the areas I've seen it could do with a bit of an update. I look forward to trying it out again soon and even possibly learning how to belay and bringing my family. Thank you for a great experience for someone of my age.
