A great place for a walk. The grounds and flower beds are always well tended and it’s great to feed the ducks and use the wishing well. Nice coffee shop too.

In previous visits to Harrogate had not come across the Valley Gardens. Lovely spot. Japanese garden. New Zealand garden. Lots to see. Must be glorious in the summer!

We love it for dog walking, getting a coffee at the cafe (yes they have soya milk too) and generally for the feel good factor- try it!

What a lovely place to run around and play hide and seek. Beautiful swathes of daffodils and crocuses this time of year. Plus the best play park I have ever seen.

We were lucky with the weather in winter but this was a lovely, picturesque and well maintained free to enter garden. The kids park and sports areas are brilliant and the little Japanese garden is worth a look. If you are in the area it...More
