Went to a show here while travelling. The theatre is a beautiful building which has had a couple of restorations. It looks marvellous. The acoustics up in the top of the theatre were good, and it has lots of space for the public to gather...More

There are periodic Open Days. When there is one take the guided tour. Angela the tour guide is Excellent. Good style, intelligent and very informative. Aside the information the building has been fabulously restored. Fantastic architecture and so worth exploring.

Opened in 1903 the building underwent a major refurbishment recently. There is more gold leaf in here than the Ballroom in Buckingham Palace. They offer a free tour on a regular basis of the history and beauty of the building. It's worth the time! Check...More

Went watching a show here and was taken aback by the splendid interior - the interior of this building is fantastic - don't know if they do or not but they should charge an entrance fee to show it off to people who are not...More

Just returned from our first visit to the Royal Hall Theatre, what a fantastic interior and atmosphere. I don't know a lot about this theatre but it has obviously had some serious refurbishment and the décor is superb. We had seats in the dress circle...More

It's worth a visit just to see the interior of the building itself. The only place that compares to it favourably (that I've visited), is the Royal Albert Hall, so it's up there with the best of them. Unfortunately, because it was either not designed...More

Hello, the nearest is the Hotel St. George which is directly across the road but there is also The Crown, The Old Swan, The White Hart,The Studley and the Holiday Inn, all within a couple of minutes walk of the Royal Hall.

I would highly recommend Lucia Wine Bar and Grill just across the road from the Royal Hall or Harrogate Brasserie which is a 5 minute walk from the Royal Hall. You can look at both places online to view. Hope this is helpful.
