With amazing objects and interactive displays for all ages, the collections comprise over 200,000 items of great national and international importance. Peterborough Museum is situated in Peterborough City Centre, on Priestgate, a minute’s walk from the main shopping areas and two minutes’ walk from the Queensgate Shopping Centre, the Bus Station or the Railway Station. Excellent place to spend an hour or two with children in Peterborough town centre. Lots to see including art gallery with modern art and good interactive exhibits on higher floors. Friendly and good value cafe. Kept the 4 year old happy.More

took my team from mumbai here. They loved hearing about the ghosts and the flag fen and fossil sections are very good. Lots to do for the whole family

A reasonable collection of exhibits but the best ones for me were the items made by the prisoners of war. It’s worth going just to see those. Free admission but you can leave a donation.

This is the most fantastic event, plus its FREE! My 12 yr old loves it as does everyone I have encouraged to go. Most 1st timers say "I can't believe I've never been before!"

Hello, the museum is completely free to explore, including the Roman exhibition, apart from special event days where there is a small fee for the initial entry to the building.
