The Shannon River offers many interesting opportunities from sightseeing to boating to photography. On the lower Shannon, the following places are worth visiting: Killaloe, O'Brien's Bridge, Castleconnell, Plassey and Limerick City.

There are so many places to see this wonderful river you will want to keep taking pictures. Take the time to get out of the car and take it all in when you are able to stop, you will not be disappointed.
