Nice falls. Short walk with a grade getting to the falls that should be easy for many people. The parking can be tough when there are a lot of visitors.

Spectacular waterfall just off the main road. Parking is a bit tight with buses sharing the same small parking lot as everyone else. Nice walk way along the river up to the waterfall. Walkway continues up many stone, slippery steps to the top of the...More

Not a destination by itself but if you happen to be in Killarney it is very accessible and should be part of a walk in the park. We were cycling parts of the Ring of Kerry and we were on our way back into town...More

Right on the Ring of Kerry, it is free to visit the waterfall and only a 200 metre walk from the free car park. Lovely!

It is a pretty long walk through the forest until you get to the watefall. Do not walk down there if you're not prepared to walk back up and make sure that you have good shoes. The waterfall is lovely but there are just too...More

This was well worth the climb to see this. It is beautiful but could do with better parking facilities.

This was a very nice place to visit. The views were gorgeous and the trails were really well marked and nice to hike.

A word of warning to visitors, do not make the mistake we did and turn into the first car park indicated Muckross Abbey and the waterfall. Drive on to the second car park, otherwise you find yourself with a 5 mile hike!

Lovely walk, taking 50mins. Steep at times. Car parking can be difficult. Very steep off the path. Worth the effort!

Found myself with a few hours to kill in the morning and took a quick spin to the Waterfall. At 8.00 am it was just me and one other car in the car park. Managed to get some great crowd free photos.

It’s all in pretty much walking distance and is a nice walk. But they have buses, taxis and horse/carts. :)

The water is still flowing and you can still climb and swim in it. The pics I posted were from Monday July 1 2018

There is a car park down the bottom of the waterfall but a steep slope up to see the waterfall... you probably could push a buggy but may find it a bit difficult. I would carry your baby if I am honest.
