We enjoyed the south side tour. It was very informative and interesting. It is a good way to start a visit to the city of Dublin. You get to see a lot of local color!

The initiative is excellent and free where most of the time we pay even for tours that are not worth it. This I highly recommend.

I really enjoyed our tour. The guide gave us some really informative and insightful analysis of historical events in Dublin, and he was very friendly too!

Our guide was very educated and really knew what he was talking about. Very open and friendly, allowing everyone to participate interactively during the tour. However it was all very political historical. My experiences with other free walking tours in other City's is that they add a lot of fun facts and 'not so obvious' tourism insides. This was missing a little bit for myself. It could have been cause a few other travellers who joined the group were very interested in the political history, which might have caused that there was not enough time left for some lighter facts. As for example we passed this beautifull little theatre (Olympia, 1879) of which i later found out that people like Laurel and Hardy as also Charlie Chaplin used to perform there. Which i would have found interesting to learn about during the tour. So i would advise to maybe making it very clear on the website that the tour is very political historical , Or to add some more fun facts so it is open to a wider range of people. Still very pleased with the overall experience. Learned a lot!
