I went here several times. Helpful people, maps, lots of advice, leaflets. They could answer even my trickiest questions. If the ran out of something, they had no fear to recomment another place where I could find it.

I recently spent time in this lovely city to look up my family history. Without knowing where to start, I went to the information centre. Anthony and the team are friendly, knowledgeable and enthusiastically helpful. He made my journey so much easier. Thanks team :-)

We were looking for old streets and buildings where our relatives had lived in the early 1900s. The staff helped us to research these places, printed out info and bus schedules for us and provided us with maps.
