Good first stop to become oriented and gather information. The hop-on hop-off bus stops outside. I suppose all information centers have down days. We were the only people in the center but the two staff members seemed rather somber and offered no assistance other than...More

The CCTIC was a good place to start with my jaunt around the city. Leaflets on bars trails, walking trails, coffee trails, cheap and more expensive restaurants, tours etc.The staff were friendly, helpful and could not do enough. The location is right there in the...More

We arrived to scour the local leaflets and make a couple of enquiries. We were soon seated at a desk and enjoyed a tremendous stream of attractions to try, backed up with maps and leaflets and even bus timetables. We tried several and were certainly...More

We stopped in here to buy tickets for the City Tour by Bus. We picked up loads of free literature on the Cork area and talked with the helpful friendly staff working here. What a delightful and refreshing experience!

Stopped in with questions about closest pharmacy and public bus and train schedules. The people were very friendly and helpful. If you have a question, stop in.

My latest visit to the Tourist office was a couple of weeks ago but I have visited here regularly. A more central location would be better - perhaps in or beside the new Capital building. Otherwise, it is a great office with lovely, helpful, friendly,...More

Very well stocked main tourist information centre for Cork. It's just near one of the entrances to the English Market. Lots of maps and information available, not just on Cork itself but much of the surrounding area as well.

Tourist Office just down the street from the Grand Parade entrance to the English Market. Loads of leaflets, maps and info. Has staff to help too, they were very nice.
