Unlike some other bus stations (*ahem Tralee Killarney ahem*) you can feel reasonably safe. Obviously you get the usual "interesting" people that you find on public transport but no winos or chain smokers leaning into you. And no heroin users hassling you like the Luas...More

If you're going from Cork to Killarney, this is the absolute best option. Trains take twice as long and involve a change somewhere. The only issue I had was trying to figure out which bus was mine. I think the destinations were all labeled in...More

This bus station needs a makeover ASAP. It's cold and dirty inside and the toilets are horrendous. Any tourists that are travelling true this bus station please be careful of the dodgy characters that like to hang around here.

Well it's cold outside and a bit warmer inside. Some nice bits of 1950s ceramics which go unappreciated.

With the bus station to your back and the river lee in front of you . Jury's hotel is to your right 200 meters about a 1 minute walk.
