aberfoyle is a lovely village it has a number of shops , eating places, bars and hotels, also has a visitor centreet where the staff are very helpful

They have a great selection of souvenirs, plus they have free single sheet of paper maps. One of these maps we found better than any we had purchased.More

Went in to find out what was happening on last week in March. Staff very helpful with booklets. Also told me that mountain I could see from Aberfoyle towards the west was Ben Lomomd

Very informative, great walks and park for little ones. Recommend waterfall walk, easy to do with toddler/elderly person

60 miles. Motorway to Stirling then country road to Aberfoyle. Takes 1 hour 20 mins. Public transport - Train to Stirling then Bus but have not done this.
