The visitor centre is centrally located on the main street in Fort William and the staff are friendly and ready to help out. You can get accommodation, tickets for boats, coach/bus trips with timetables available as well as information on a wide range of activities....More

This is a great tourist info centre right in the main shopping precinct of Fort William. It has oodles of leaflets and brochures for you to gather and take away. They have a nice selection of gifts too.

A great source of information, advice, brochures, gifts & ideas. The staff were helpful and willing to answer each and every question, with a smile despite answering the same questions thousands of times no doubt. Free information and a booking service, much appreciated.

I popped in for bus and travel info., staff were knowledgeable and had maps etc to hand. Pop in if you are looking for somewhere to visit the girls will help you.

Not a lot to see of the castle as much of it is in ruin but it is free to visit and a great place to take a picnic. The castle is just in the shadows of Ben Nevis and close by to the river...More

We dropped in to get a map of the town and to get travel tips to Nevis Range and the Ben Nevis Inn. All the ladies were very patient and highly helpful. The visitor centre also has a nice stock of Scottish crafts and gifts.More
