Enjoy this fantastic cruise under the slopes of Ben Nevis, Britain's highest mountain, onboard the historic vessel Souters Lass. The Skipper gives an entertaining and informative commentary as the boat cruises past a salmon farm, mussel farm and on to view Black Rock where seals can be seen most of the year. Look out from our deck or from our cosy viewing lounge for porpoise, otters and all kinds of sea birds and red deer.

This was a thoroughly enjoyable experience before the unexpected highlight as we were heading back to port: dolphins leaping out of the water ahead of our boat and then staying with us and playing around the boat for several minutes. The tour was highly informative,...More

The boat has an upstairs and a covered below deck wi a bar and tea etc. A good guide and great weather topped off with Dolphins that swam with the boat. £15 pounds for 1.5 hours.

Had an excellent boat cruise on the loch at Fort William, lasted an hour and a half, with very informative commentary as we sailed. Got a fantastic close up view of the seals, all in all a great excursion. Highly recommended.

An enjoyable trip down the water, nice views and knowledgeable skipper. Open deck on top can be cold and there is a deck below serving snacks and drinks.

1 1/2 hour trip but worth it - captains knowledgeable about area, culture, history and wild life excellent - nice little cafe on board but coffee cold! Sensible dress is advised - even if warm weather it could be cool out.

I know that the Skipper had his dog on board but I'm not sure if you'd be able to take your own. Might be worth checking direct - Call: 01397 705589
