We spent a couple of hours touring this museum. The staff was warm and friendly. The exhibits were interesting. The photos were worth a trip all by themselves. We learned a lot and were entertained. Don’t miss this great slice of Scottish history.

Fabulous displays and photos showing the history of Wick with a focus on the Herring Trade. Highly recommend a visit to help understand the east coast of Scotland context.

I don't remember exactly, but it wasn't very much and it was well worth paying a little to experience the most comprehensive museum I've seen in a long time, if ever. You will not be sorry you visited.
