Thanks Julie. The puffins can be a bit harder to see early in the season so I am very happy we found them (and a few other birds) for you this time round.

Had a wonderful day with Kate. The weather was against us that day, but still saw some amazing things and learned a lot from Kate’s vast store of knowledge of the area. Highly recommended.

We went out with Kate last week and had a very informative and enjoyable afternoon. I can only echo previous reviews, Kate is a great guide and knows her stuff. Without Kate, we would not have spotted the seals and we certainly would have missed...More

As the weather was foul, we had an eclectic visit with Kate - an amazing guide. We visited all the main sites, saw harbour and grey seals, and visited Nybster Broch. The minibus was comfortable. In particular, although Kate could have taken 2 more people...More

Thank you Mike. It's good to hear you enjoyed your sightseeing day off the cruise ship, despite the weather. Nybster Broch is definately one of my favourites, with its wonderful cliff top views along the coast. I always enjoy introducing cruise ship visitors to some...More

It's good to hear you enjoyed your tour Adam. It's always a pleasure to take intrepid train travellers out on tours in Caithness. It's not easy seeing all that the far north has to offer without your own transport, so I am very happy to...More

Thanks Chris. Was very pleased we still managed to get some good views so close to the end of the puffin season. The remaining few days of July did get busier again too, and I always make sure I have binoculars and the telescope at...More

What a find, such a great experience. We got so close to lots of puffins. Kate was so knowledgeable, but above all so enthusiastic . We have viewed puffins at many locations, but this surpassed all of them. Do it miss this on your trip.
