Apparently they leave it 'stew' for much lo her so HUGE flavour goes in up front rather than needing years to develop.

Along the NC500 you'll find some distilleries and this is a fine example of a traditional small scale distillery where it all evolves around whisky. It's not the Disney style you find at some distilleries.

Excellent tour, taken around by Charlie, very knowledgeable, had a chance to try all of the bottles avaliable, which is worth the cost alone!! Cool merchandise now available to. Will definitely do it again! Highly recommended!
