Attended Mass here -- lovely cathedral just by main shopping centre downtown. I like the bright interior, and appreciated the history behind the side chapels, and the special tree outside in the little courtyard (do ask). Gift shop open and with nice assortment.

Glasgow's Catholic Cathedral is still a wee bit under the tourist 'radar'. Sinful actually. Only 5 minutes walk from behind the St Enoch Centre in a prime spot near to the river. The restoration was only completed in 2011.The exterior is grand indeed. Take time...More

Sitting on the banks of the Clyde this is an oasis of peace and the old interior is complimented by a modern display in the grounds. From here it is a short stroll along the Clyde to The Peoples Palace or turn North for the...More

This cathedral is located by The Necropolis across a bridge or along a walkway. Take the time to explore the entire cathedral as there is a lego display located inside that is incredible to see and look at.

This is a beautiful cathedral that has been lovingly restored. We attended mass there and the congregation was very warm and welcoming. The outside memorial garden is quite peaceful.

Wonderful stained glass; many memorials to Regiments and their battles. Also plaques about prominent people who died abroad, notably in India.

I have been to this church many times, lovely building and very calming in the center of a busy city to gather your thoughts.

This 200 year old Catholic Cathedral is well worth a visit regardless of your religion if you have any which I don't. I should be marvelled for it's Neo Gothic style and the beautiful stained glass windows and the serenity which overall it imparts to...More

A very lovely, calm and tranquil place. Beautiful inside if in need of a clean outside. Very unusual to have a lego exhibition below ground, not really sure of the relevance of this and it did detract from the beauty of the building.

There were no services occurring when we were there. I don't know if they have regular services or not.

No it's not a huge building but it is very beautiful and it has a great location right next to the riverside and there is a lot of history attached to it the car park at the rear was once a workhouse as far as. Know.
