We had drinks and a light dinner here. They have a selection of paninis and other pub grub. The potato wedges were very good. They also have a nice selection of cask ales. The place seems to be popular with the college crowd.

Nice and inexpensive pub. Poor interiors, awful food, but friendly staff and good beer (try Warstefan)

I have been here many times and can only recommend it. The staff are really helpful and friendly and there is a great selection of beers. The atmosphere is very relaxed.

Good friendly pub with reasonably priced beer. The lower room is a great place to chill with friends.

Cheap, true British pub with good range of alcohol. The furniture is old, food is average. Good place for the events downstairs. Very nice staff

Had't been to this bar since my university days in 1980s- delighted it has survived the competition of all the chain restaurants now in town. We had a lovely Czech beer- Kozar, which we hadn't tried before. The food menu was great and very reasonable-...More
