The various university buildings dominate St Andrews - very impressive. We were free to wander round some of the university grounds - St Salvator's Quad is well worth a visit. The presence of the university gives a great international feel to the town.

This is worth visiting both as a prospective student and as a tourist. The university has an enviable global reputation as a top university with many noted alumni. It’s also a very safe and enclosed university, with a really homely and family feeling to it....More

We drove to St Andrews and parked our car at the university Sports Centre. I went inside, and they provided me with a disc golf course map and directed me to the first hole (or 9 holes). It is out near the sports fields, and...More

This University has several colleges that are interesting to wander around and visit. You can walk around many of the courtyards and alleyways, watch the students gather and leave classes - almost feels like being in college again! Some of the courtyards were quite impressive.

The campus stretches from the town to the sea and it was cool to see the different buildings. My wife is a fan of William and Kate and easily spotted their dorm building.

I may be biased as my daughter spent four years here but the history and the old university buildings are beautiful. The Quad and the Chapel are especially worth a visit. The university makes the town of St Andrews.

Loved seeing this gorgeous old university. Be sure to go inside the chapel - and also the coffee house "where Wills met Kate". Beautiful campus.
