Although this pub has the impressive surroundings of St Andrews, that's as far as it goes. I found the food was rather boring and bland. The staff were friendly enough and I wouldn't rule the place out. I just wasn't impressed on this occasion.
We always like to visit the Jigger when in St. Andrews. It oozes atmosphere with golfers of varying nationalities gathering here for drinks. This provides an interesting backdrop. There’s a pleasant outdoor seating area for warmer weather.

We had munch at The Jigger Inn whilst watching the rugby; whilst the score as disappointing the pub was not. The food was great and the service was excellent! It was a lovely cosy place to have a drink and a spot of lunch.
