Brilliant pub with a great selection of ales. Good atmosphere, great location and beautiful traditional bar and interior furnishings. And a cool revolving door at the entrance!

Cosy pub. We sat upstairs in the restaurant. Very cosy setting with just 5 or 6 tables. The weigher was very friendly with some quick jokes. Good food, great beers!

I've visited this pub on two separate occasions a few years apart and both times it was a pleasant place to have a drink. Edinburgh isn't particularly cheap and armed with a £10 note you can sometimes be left wondering how the bartender can possibly...More
