Craigmillar Park is 3 miles south of the centre of Edinburgh, next to the beautiful Blackford Hill, with panoramic views over the city. Although close to the city centre, it is in the Green Belt and away from traffic noise. The course is kept in excellent condition by our team of professional hard-working green staff. We have an active membership with a friendly clubhouse atmosphere. Craigmillar Park is host to the first Scottish Amateur 72 hole event of the season. Scotland’s leading amateurs and many players from south of the border descend on the course in April each year to take part in this event previously won by 6 times major winner Sir Nick Faldo.

Being used to starting my morning golf with the traditional bacon roll and coffee, it was something of a shock to find that at 1030 am, the club house was locked and no food or coffee was available. The course was suffering from a surfeit...More

Had a round of golf here recently with my son.. We both had to hire a set of clubs, trolley etc., as I'd flown up from Gatwick. This was handled very efficiently and the cost overall was fair. Although short, I found the course quite...More
