Had a great day and CalMac was part of the day with a really efficient service going from Oban to Mull and Mull to Iona. We had great weather which made the crossings smooth.

We hopped onto the boat (ship really) for a return trip to Mullet (Craignure). It was a two hour round trip out to sea and back again to Oban. Great value for money at £6.90 return; great value for money.

Yes - advance booking guarantees your place, especially at peak times. If not, you would be placed in a queue for unreserved drivers on arrival, and possibly face a delayed crossing on busy days. Even if you book online... More

You can get on ferry then catch bus in Craignure number 96 or 496 West Coast Motors Bus to Fionnphort for Iona then back on same bus number 96 or 496 till arrive in Craignure change for number 95 or 495 to Tobermoray. The... More

I did the non-landing sail to colonsay and when I bought my ticket (approx £22 return) I got a voucher for a main meal on the ferry. The food was really nice I thought and I ate on the return leg. They stop serving hot food... More
