Sunny day at the seaside
May 2021 • Couples
Lovely little harbour, busy with the comings and goings of both yachts and fishing boats.
Easy access and parking, close by fish and chips and ice cream to help you while away the day as you take in all the activity.

Lovely Harbour
Sep 2020 • Couples
A great place to sit and watch all the comings and goings in the harbour. It was a sunny day so we got ourselves an ice cream and relaxed watching the boats going out to sea. Plenty of fish and chip shops if you are feeling a bit peckish. There is also the signal station and beach close by. 0lenty to keep tou occupied.

Excellent

A great place for walks. And the starting place for Angling and Boat Trips. To the Bell Rock Lighthouse and the Cliffs. It has a long history of fishing and commercial trade.

Lovely harbour
Aug 2020 • Couples
Lots of fish and chips places around. The little harbour is a romantic place for a wee walk and is close to a lighthouse /museum with a tiny pretty beach. The town is old but has its beauty.

Great Marina
Dec 2019 • Solo
I visit the harbour area nearly every week while out on my bike. Lots of nice looking boats in the marina and plenty fishing boats including charter fishing boats there too. Fresh fish shops and chippy near by also a couple of resteraunts. Don't forget to pop into the life boat shop and visit the two lifeboats in the shed.

Depressing place
Sep 2019
We travelled 25 miles to go to arbroath. We had heard so much about the famous arbroath smokie. The place itself was very depressing. It seemed like the place you would go to,to die.We bought the fish and left.We had great expectations for the fish.unfortunately they were as good as the town.Very dry,and the smoke flavour was like burnt wood. The best thing about our day was the going home. Sorry Arbroath

Working harbour
Sep 2019 • Solo
This is a small but interesting working harbour. Both pleasure and working boats to be seen. Good photo opportunities of fishing kit and area. Well maintained, worth a visit whilst checking out Arbroath. Plenty of places to eat nearby, check out the smokies.

Sep 2019
Plenty of interesting things going on around the harbour , people tending to their boats and work going on at the boat yard.Lovey just to walk around or sit in the sun and watch the activity.
