Cannot praise this place highly enough. Have been 3 times on last 4 weeks- once on business, another with friends and finally with my parents on their 53rd anniversary. Each time the food, the surroundings and particularly the service has been exemplary. Pricing is very...More

Brought friends from Scotland for a meal to The Northern Whig Bar this week. It was a cold, miserable Wednesday night in January but we received a very warm welcome from Victor in an equally warm, cosy and bright open restaurant/bar. I told Victor where...More

Really loved our evening here. It was a weeknight, so it was quiet which was nice. The cocktail menu was extensive and the cocktails were so good! The staff was lovely & service was efficient.

This place looked good from the outside, inside it is a spacious but classy old fashioned Irish bar. We fancied pre-dinner G&T's and were spoiled for choice; however we settled on the 'gin of the month' which was Eden Mills. Served with their own tonic...More

Called in after a very hot day walking around Belfast, it was cool with nice comfortable seating. The bar staff are friendly and efficient. They have a great gin menu, also a good selection of bar bucket foods. Nice and clean with a good atmosphere.
