For anyone interested in family history in general, other information available. a lovely airy building , the Staff are very helpful and friendly. easy to get to by car, bus or train a wee walk from the train halt. other places nearby to visit.

Lovely building, Staff are very courteous and helpful. I was researching for family tree and the church records were very helpful along will the wills. Would recommend a visit and then you will be 'hooked'

We found some fun facts about Grandpa and his emigration to the USA back in the 1920's. The staff here are truly interested in helping you with your search. It's a big place with lots of records so be sure to ask for help.
