Spent a morning here whilst in the area.
Had a lovely long walk around the bay in the morning sun, it was so nice.
Lots of bars, restaurants and cafes...and no doubt would be buzzing of an evening.

My son has just started his Masters degree at Cardiff so we took the opportunity to enjoy a day out together when we dropped him of at the halls of residence.

Obviously this is Wales so a visit to the Bay can be made or broken, depending on whether the sun is being kind.
Most of the places to visit, restaurant and cafe wise are nice enough but I wouldn't consider them good value.
Expected to find much more, had heard from others how nice it was etc, but in reality just a load of chain restaurants. Nice to sit and watch the power boats racing for a few mins, but not the experience I was expecting.
