Overview
More
Gheluvelt Park is a memorial park built in honour of those lost in the First World War. It straddles Barbourne Brook and has two distinct areas - a formal park to the east, and an informal area managed for wildlife conservation to the west, next to the River Severn. There's a free car park by the Waterworks Road entrance.

Love this park. We enjoy the playground and the kids love the splash pad in the summer. We also run around it and enjoy the pump house for hot chocolate and snacks. Fab facility x

This is a great park for all ages and all interests. Its ticks so many boxes - splash pad, play park, pond to feed the ducks, tennis courts, table tennis, exercise circuit, great Summer festivals and The Pump House for great coffee and cakes.

Wonderful park for the kids. The splash pad is the main attraction. Gets really packed on warm sunny days. Plenty of space to find a nice place to relax out of the sun or in it whatever your preference.
