The EV has been taken one by new owners and the atmosphere is great. I had nothing against the previous landlords but the way the new owners have gone about engaging the punters is first class. Drinks selection is great, too.

There's no frills at the Eagle Vaults, what you see is what you get. Staff were really friendly and polite, other customers always acknowledge you. Bank Holiday Monday a guy sat on a stool in the middle of the bar just playing a guitar and...More

We found the pub following a one night visit to Worcester. There is new management and they were really friendly and informative about the history. There was a selection of bar games and it had a really nice vibe. We were made to feel very...More

Popped in today for a couple of lunch'-time drinks. Lovely, characterful pub - and that goes for the landlady as well: she even brought our drinks to the table (!) and gave us a bit of the fascinating history of the place. Locals very welcoming,...More

Whenever on one of my frequent trips to Worcester I always make sure I drop in for a pint. Decent selection of real ales, always some banter at the bar with the locals or the landlady. Great outside seating for a fine day to sit...More

Hi I am the new landlord as of 28th Feb 2018. Sorry your visit to this lovely old pub last year was a disappointment. We have introduced several old fashioned games to keep in keeping with the pub and hopefully offer a friendly atmosphere.

Excellent city-centre pub just off the main stretch and close to the boutique shops and cinema. A very friendly feel with a traditional interior - no affectations or pretentiousness here.

A really traditional pub with a welcoming feel. Staff are very friendly. A no nonsense pub with seating on the pedestrianised area that makes it the ideal venue to peoplewatch on a sunny day. Recommended.

We don't visit Worcester often (this pub in particular) but we always take time to call in for at least one very tasty pint and a couple of wines. The Landlord/lady are so laid back you get the impression that it would take an awful...More
