Eventually got to see the band we've wanted to for years! Was super busy but nothing we aren't used to at gigs so didn't ruin anything. Although the man with a young kid with him didn't seem to think the same next to us. Don't...More
Bjorg again - fantastic act - would have been better had we not have been squashed into a dirty cold venue. Sometimes you can ignore the venue and enjoy the act - not the case - too many people, with drinks (expensive drinks), squashed into...More
Dirty floors, carpets and seats. Just been to see Jessie J and the open balcony seating was a joke . Under 14’s should be seated apparently but no seats available . Lots of rows with one off seats in the middle where people put their...More
Ive seen a few vbands here and its always been a good venue for live music.
The nights that they put on here aren't all that great but I'm not a student any ore so maybe I'm out of touch with that.

We went to see one of our favourite bands, The Decemberists. We'd seen them before at Brighton and they were fantastic. Sadly the venue let them down. The acoustics and sound quality were very poor. We sat on the balcony, lucky to get seats as...More

We attended the venue last night for the First Aid Kit gig and the bands were fantastic. The venue, however, is not great if you have a disability. The balcony is very tightly packed and the seating is very close together which is not ideal...More
I attended this venue last night. I agree with other reviews, it was chaotic. Two massive queues and no one to advise which queue to be in. My son and I had tickets for seating in the balcony, so queued in what we thought was...More
Where do I start. The booking office is a good place. I queued from 5 oclock to get my tickets to find out the office wasn't opening till 7 oclock, the same time as the doors open. By this time the main queue had been...More

Main seats are at the back, but also one row at each side. You can stand at the side, but will only have a decent view if you’re stood directly behind someone sat down. Anyone arriving late gets stuck standing (can be 3 deep) and if unlucky you may end up not being able to see most of the stage. Best to get there early and get a seat If upstairs. Upstairs also has a different queue so avoid standing in the downstairs queue when you arrive.
