I am a 70 year old man, with a long term back problem. I suffer from chronic back pain and have struggled with pills, creams, diets etc with no result. I have been to expensive sports physiotherapists who did not help.I stumbled upon the Leeds Wellbeing Centre, where for a reasonable fee,a skilled and charming trained masseur gave me a remedial massage. The effects were instant.I can walk better, have more range of motion, and much less pain.I decided to take my 26 year old son for treatment after he injured his back weight lifting in a gym.He was delighted with the resulting pain relief and restoration of strength.Staff at the centre are friendly and courteous, and make you welcome. The clinic is a charity,so my money goes to a good cause. In their own words: "Leeds Wellbeing Centre was set up by local charity Multiple Choice in 2009 to provide counselling and bodywork therapies to adults with mental and/or physical health issues in the Leeds area. We do this from our premises at the bottom of Eastgate and by visiting Community Groups across the City. The aim of Leeds Wellbeing Centre is to make these people feel valued again, set them free from the exhaustion and pain that are daily features of their lives and contribute towards enabling these people to live in mainstream society" .

I went to Leeds Wellbeing Centre feeling a bit nervous cos Ive never had a massage or anything like that before. However, the friendly lady on reception made me feel really welcome and I went for a Swedish massage with hot stones. I have to say it was wonderful and I slept better that night than I had done for ages. I've already booked my next one and would recommend it to anyone.

I was bought a one hour massage at the Wellbeing Centre. The massage by Becky was the best I have ever had; the right balance between relaxing and firm but without the pain. I have had quite a few over the years and this one was noticably the best.
The venue is not comparable with an exclusive 'spa'; it is situated on a roundabout, in a slightly grubbier part of town but the prices reflect this, £32.50 for an hour massage is a bargain!
The best way to describe it is 'an oasis of calm' and I will be going back.

Ive currently been having acupuncture and massage sessions at the Wellbeing centre due to ba back problems, and I can safely say that these has really helped me; not only with the pain relief but has also improved my symptoms no-end.
All the Wellbeing community are extremely helpful and friendly and provide a supportive, relaxing and safe environment in which to receive wonderful treatment.
Thoroughly recommended :)

I love this place! Close to the West Yorkshire Playhouse and the bus and coach stations the Wellbeing Centre provides a little oasis of calm in a busy city. Various therapies are on offer including reiki reflexology and Indian head massage. The staff are lovely really friendly and welcoming and the atmosphere is so peaceful and relaxing. I have recommended the centre to many friends.

I walked into the centre after half a days wedding shopping. My shoulders and back were aching and i felt quite stressed. The freindly receptionist welcomed me and showed me to a comfy chair. The peaceful, calming music instantly started to relax me. The hot stone massage was so so wonderful, i could feel the tension in my shoulders melt away as the therapist gently moved the warm stones over my back. After about 20 mins i felt so relaxed. I left the building feeling really calm, de stressed and totally relaxed. A treatment not to be missed

Have been many times to the Wellbeing Centre and have enjoyed massages, reflexology, indian head massage and reiki. It is an oasis of calm as soon as you walk through the door.Soothing music and dim lights greet you and start the destressing straight away.
The therapists make you feel at ease and you come away much more content and ready to face life again.
Everyone deserves a little me time and this is a great way to spend it.

I visited the wellbeing centre just for a change. I couldnt believe how peaceful and calming it was. Gentle music met me as i walked through the door. The decor was so peaceful and calming.
I decided to have a Swedish massage, it was the best massage i have ever had.
The staff were so freindly they soon made me feel at ease.
After an hour of treatment i felt as if i floated out of the door, wonderful.
