This pub does a fabulous Sunday lunch and has a fabulous range of beers. The staff are very friendly and have a good knowledge of the beers they sell, if you tell them what sort of beer you prefer they recommend one to try.

Attended the beef festival here in July, and also at whitelocks next door. What a well organised event. Fantastic selection of beers and everyone who worked there was very friendly and could offer advice and notes on everything sold. Fantastic pub
