Mainly peaceful one lady was very passionate about her beliefs but didn't spoil the services. the cathedral was very prettily decorated with flowers and religious sisters actively available to help visitors. Cool inside great for this time of year

This Roman Catholic Cathedral looks very clean and smart on the outside with its light coloured stone. Inside, the nave is relatively small - short and wide. There are two small transepts, and several chapels open up from these. The reredos is impressive and flanked...More

Small by cathedral standards. There was a short service running when we visited so not the best time for sightseeing. For a cathedral it was not as impressive as I was expecting.

Built in early 20th century. This large catholic church is well kept and a peaceful spot. Given its age there is little of historical interest but it is well worth a visit as only yards from Leeds museum.

Visited with a German friend on a lovely crisp January day. Lovey peaceful atmosphere. Sang in the main isle in English and German. Had a short guided personal tour and set a candle alight, wonderful the peace and quiet.
