Well what can I say other than a brilliant place to stay! I have stayed in the woodlands hotel now for 30 weeks due to a professional secondment. A quaint country pub which has recently re-invented itself as a smoke house. I have eaten here...More

Actually really love the woodlands, the current owners are new and have done a brilliant job of turning the place around. They have a new restaurant which I've yet to try but judging from the aroma on Saturday I imagine it's going to be lovely....More

Had a one night stay here, room 14 as a special deal. Beautiful clean room, huge spa bath and lots of luxury. Staff were polite and courteous, breakfast was lovely. Recommended!

Just been here with my partner dad and oldest boy. What a lovely meal. Spot on. Half price food on a Thursday so try it. I guarantee you'll be back for more. 😀😀😀

Sophisticated dining ,in pleasant surroundings ,beautifully presented all home cooked and locally sourced food.Good selection on all courses and speciality coffee to finish your meal.Well worth a visit ,good value for money and will definitely go there again.
