As a Cathedral you come across it rather than find it as it is tucked into the hill. Wonderful stone work and a reflective place as you look around Bradford City

My mate who lives in the city tells me that this is the least visited cathedral in Europe. True or not, there are few names in the visitors book, and most of them are fairy local. This is a shame as it is definitely worth...More

After a climb up some steps I finally reached the entrance. The cathedral will be 100 years old next year, although it is an extended church in reality and has a clean and new impression inside. That aside there are some interesting plaques, a stunning...More

Fantastic couple of hours spent in the cathedral and we were lucky to have someone telling us the history of the cathedral. It’s very beautiful and the grounds are wonderful.

I was singing here as part of a visiting choir while the resident choir were away. The Cathedral is beautiful to sing in, it's a fabulous building, and the staff and clergy were all very friendly and welcoming. There's coffee after the Sunday Eucharist, and...More

This cathedral is surprisingly interesting. It comprises two parts: a very old parish church, and a newer addition, dating from the 1960s. The combination seems to work well. The old church has a great number of commemorative plaques, with the new addition being relatively plain....More

Packed full of history and a haven of tranquility near the city centre, good advice would be to read up on the history before going!

Whilst not as old as many other cathedrals and not as architecturally significant, this is none the less a beautiful church offering an oasis of calm. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in Bradford.

The city Cathedral is a nice church in the city centre. It does not have the gravitas and architectural pull that some cathedrals have but it is still a place worth visiting and looking at while in Bradford. Very pretty place and right in the...More

Lots of steps to climb from nearby shopping centre. Most of cathedral hidden from view. Pleasantly surprised at interior which had some modern elements. Did not have a lot of time to fully explore the place

Small but nonetheless beautiful cathedral with plenty of features to admire and enjoy, set within well maintained and attractive lawns and flower beds bursting with colour. I was drawn to the memorial window to the 6th Battalion West Yorkshire Regiment, depicting various scenes from WWI...More
