After receiving expert instruction on how to fly the plane, hop aboard a Boeing 737, 747 or Airbus A320 for a 1-hour simulated flight, accompanied by a professional airline pilot instructor. Stopped going to support my club and decided to watch Coventry RFC. Three seasons ago it was great. You had music on for a few hours, you could get food if wanted, and a few drinks if you queued patiently good all round fun until about 8 in the evening then off we would go.... sometimes straight home or to a restaurant for food. Then two seasons ago someone changed the way the drinks were served. The queues didnt go they just got longer and longer and longer. Why would you ask when after all selling beers wines etc should be easy we all wanted it... Well now you queue at a till place your order then move to one side where someone will get your order... God help you if you forget someones drink or a packet of crisps YES you have to go back to the till queue.... Well I'm of a certain age where monies not a problem anymore so guess what you can spend it anywhere so now we do. We stopped going in the bar at half time and also full time. Straight out to eat and drink to any of the hundreds of choices we have. Furthermore we just go out now and not to the rugby at Cov.

Got a parking charge for paying the wrong rate (I had accidentally paid for a weekday rate instead of a weekend rate). When inquiring about the charge, the response was unhelpful and didn’t explain what I had done wrong. Took a long time to find out about the difference between weekday and weekend rates. I will just add that it is not obvious that the rates are different when you’re using the ticket machines. I rarely have to study the board such in detail because the machine usually has the option on it. It seems almost as if they are trying to catch you out, so that you pay them a parking charge. Totally ruined the experience for me and I have no desire to go back unless they make it more obvious to the users about the difference.

The charity organisation I work with has held otdoor functions here throughout 2004-2009 and returned there this year having used elsewhere purely for variety. Excellent new artificial surface, good co-operation from venue staff and generally although there has been much redevelopment directly outside the arena, it remains an ideal venue for outdoor events with a main stand for up to 4000.

Visited for work purposes. Compact stand and friendly staff. Baby changing facilities and reasonable bar prices. Highly recommended.

Came here to see Simple Minds / The Pretenders / KT Tunstall. We were impressed with the venue and the organisation of this event.
