- Tina JKenilworth, United Kingdom8 contributionsFantastic place!I booked the truffle making workshop experience for my husband. Had no idea what to expect but this far surpassed my expectations. We had a brilliant time. Learnt loads about chocolate making, tasted lots of different chocolate, made truffles, drank lots, had a huge chocolate fondue with prosecco and just had a great time. Bought loads of delicious chocolate too. Fabulous shop run by lovely people. Can't recommend highly enough.Visited November 2023Travelled as a coupleWritten 19 November 2023

- fiona aEdinburgh, United Kingdom14 contributionsTemptation on every shelfTemptation on every shelf and in every direction; the charming woman who was staffing the place was possibly new, she did have quite a struggle with the till. But in a brief visit, we each got a sample of hot chocolate, and a fine chocolate from the "by the piece" range - the peach Bellini was a new one on me - and I'm reliably informed that the jar of 85% dark chocolate was a perfect thing to take home. Absolutely delightful visit.Visited June 2024Travelled with friendsWritten 22 June 2024

I visited on 5th September 2020 for a friends belated birthday treat, due to lockdown.
The precautions taken by the staff were second to none and we all felt entirely safe in the environment.
The chocolate experience was superb and we all enjoyed eating what we produced.
Will certainly book again.

We visited the Chocolate Quarter as part of a Mystery Picnic Experience. As we entered this beautiful shop we were greeted with little cups of hot chocolate and then samples of delicious chocolates. The passion of the owners shone through as they explained about the wonderful products. We can’t wait to go back for a chocolate making class!

We absolutely loved truffle making.
I cannot recommend the experience enough. Every single element was so fun, not to mention delicious.
The customer service is incredible, we felt so welcomed and at home.
There is so much to the experience, the different elements and treats just kept comings and each other was so tasty.
We will definitely be returning soon.

For my friends 40th she decided we would all go on a chocolate making course. We all had the best time. Learnt a lot about the process that goes into it and where different chocolate comes from. We tasted a variety of different flavours of chocolate my favourite being strawberry balsamic wow amazing taste.
We all then made our very own chocolate bar by grinding the chocolate into a paste and adding the cocoa fats great for the bingo wings!!!
While the chocolate was setting we had a chocolate fondue with different fruits and marshmallows with prosecco and great and to a great experience.
Thank you to our wonderful teacher we all very much recommend.

We were so happy with the service we received from The Chocolate Quarter. We originally booked the truffle making master class to celebrate a special birthday but due to the pandemic, had to rearrange the class several times which the staff were brilliant about and very accommodating. It was worth the wait, the class was informative, fun and the staff were lovely. We would recommend this event to anyone.
