Great little spot not far from the NIA and Brindley Place. This place is ideal in the summer - nice canal side position, friendly staff and reasonable prices. This place is also so important for the city and the local music scene. I have attended...More

Visited for first time and I will be back...Nice pub with good atmosphere...I have been drinking up Brum for years and never been here despite hearing about it probably because it's tucked away...but now ive found it im sure it will become a regular haunt.

Brilliant place with huge beer garden, pool tables, pinballs and gaming machines. Separate gig room sporting live bands/open mic on most days of the week. Friendly bar staff and customers, with a decently priced, varied selection of beers.

Beautiful beer garden, pool, computer games, affordable drinks, live music and pizza, what more could you want? The flapper is integral to birmingham's music scene, and is sadly one of the few rock bars we have left! The staff are also awesome, especially Karl :)
