Husband and I walk here a lot plenty of dog walkers (mostly considerate ones )a nice little cafe to have a cuppa at and a play area and picnic area car parking very reasonable

I love to walk my clients and my own dog here. There is a great large car park which is pay and display but it is really cheap! You can walkie miles and then at the bottom there is a lovely cafe, Dogs welcome outside!...More

In the flat areas yes, some hill parts and sticky out tree roots may prove an issue!

II don’t like walking in fields where there are cows and did see some notices displayed around the place. Not sure how you would find this out before your visit though.

Yes toilets and play area. I think the toilets are opened at 9am.
