Hello, as you are coming from another country, i suggest you find the link to the countess in stratford and give them a ring, they do 2 sailings 1 at lunchtime and for evening that one gets booked up really quickly, its moored by the Shakespeare`s theatre front just left of canal, the price is set for the evening meal which includes the stunning views we had and the excellent ride thru several locks very relaxing, you boarde half hour before sailing, but google the countess of Evesham stratford upon avon and ring up to see if they have a table, there should be plenty of facts and information to help you, they will help you onto boat as steps to get up and steps going down inside boat, hope i have helped you, happy days.
