Arrived from Aberdeen and was helped with luggage up to and through gates to taxi. Also used this Station for day trip to York. Then our return journey to Aberdeen. Everything went smooth due to lots of Virgin Staff helping people around the station

found this station easy to get around for a large station. the ticket office was easy to find, getting served was quick, you could either get something to eat on the main platform, or buy from m&s.

Impressive station from outside - it is apparently a Listed Building. There are good facilities on station for food and drink and free loos! Tannoy is easily heard.

It’s easy to navigate and the architecture is lovely to see it’s also recently had an upgrade to the building which has enhanced the building even further. A great place to travel from.

I always loved our station but not now. Dreadful changes to the entrance. It looks a mess and is of no advantage to anyone, don't understand how the council can think this is an improvement! Often travel with an elderly relative but not anymore as...More
