We walked here after dinner at the black lion it seemed to be the thing to do as everyone seemed to be going this. Nice for a wander round if you like old architecture and have a full tummy 🙂

The stained glass windows on this little church were very impressive, this is clearly a rich area.. The dissolution of the monasteries clearly had a north south divide..

What a lovely church, it one of the biggest in thge area and well supported by locals and visitors, perfect for a get together and on this occasion it was so worth it. Please do visit it as it's so beautiful

Fortunes were made in the late medieval wool trade in the area....and so to show off their wealth and piety, rich merchants and gentry paid for this huge church....as big as a small cathedral. It sits on a hill overlooking the village.....a well chosen site....More

Just popped in to have a look, large church, not very ornate but worth a visit. Parking bit of an issue so may need to walk a short distance. Beautiful views

It's a lovely church in a very picturesque village . If visiting it's worth also walking up the long drive at Kent well hall as it gives great views of the church .
