Beers and ciders always rotating so always a good and varied choice. Feels like a beer festival every time I go. Cheese board and chutney or pork pie well worth a try.

The ale house has friendly and knowledgable staff. Good selection of beers and ciders. Travel by foot or bus as little car parking in the area. Does not serve food but takeaways can be eaten inside

Just love this place. Staff are great and it's a break from the same old chain pubs. Great atmosphere and the bar man just hope over to the piano and bangs out a time from time to time. Good selection of visiting ales and coders.
