Beautiful park. If is an oasis in the middle of the city. Popular with families and dog walkers. Plenty of parking. You can get an icecream or a cuppa on site. There us more wild life there than you realuse

Lovely area for walking,nice lake with lots of geese and ducks(avoid the mess if you can😁.large play park for kids and skateboard ramps etc.

spent a lovely day, walking round the lake and sitting watching children with their parents enjoying the sunshine and playing games. would certainly recommend a visit to this place.

Not bad as parks go large parks (a bit tired looking) skate/scooter park large lake with BIRDS too feed and a decent cafe/shop free parking events are held here sometime plenty of place to walk and explore right near the city centre

I would suggest getting a permit first from the Management and then you will be legally entitled

sorry yes you can. I have seen lot of people fishing there Don't know if you need a permit though.
