Was a bit worried about going here (I'm 65) - but I needn't have been - felt like everybody else - here for a good time and a great time it was too!! Doors Alive were brilliant - they live up to their reputation -...More

Bouncers and staff were outrageously rude and abusive. My 18 year old friend was dragged out for no reason; she’s the most polite and innocent person - clearly taking advantage of a naïve young girl. The staff then refused to help when a drunk 45...More

We went the see the Strypes her as a family. The teenagers like them, and we like the style too. The venue is pretty small but that really worked well on this occasion. Very close up and personal, the guitarist had to hand his water...More

Visited to watch the Band of Skulls. Venue was very small and intimate with a balcony section upstairs. Was on front row at the barrier, great view. Entrance was quick getting in no hassle. Drinks were reasonably priced for a venue so it was nice...More

I have been to many a gig at the Sugarmill, all of them excellent - partly because I've only seen bands I really love, but also because it's such an intimate venue, you get a great atmosphere. Can't speak about the club nights, but in...More
