Went for a talk on local potters and potteries. Uncomfortable pews and could have been warmer. Interesting graves, including Wedgwood.

I only got to see the outside, as the church was not open the Thursday morning that I visited, shame really. Modest Minster but surely characteristic.

This site is used very well for many types of concerts, as well as normal religious services. The Christmas celebrations are very good and there is a large car par close by.

The minister is stunning. I particularly liked the ceramic tile memorials that run around the walls. Seeing as its a ceramic town this seems very fitting Also got to see Josiah Wedgwood's grave.

A special place with a long long history and a witness to Christian values throughout the industrial hay day of this town and city... having much to offer to a busily renewing modern N. Staffs.
