Appearances are certainly deceptive. I’ve visited The Coach & Horses many times and the staff and customers are extremely friendly and very down to earth. Excellent management at the moment too - really have transformed the place.

it is now a clean and well decorated pub, and the beers are good. There is regular entertainment on at the weekends.

Has recently been refurbished, and is now a nice place to visit. Friendly landlord, and a decent range of bar snacks. Quite often there's music /bands at the weekend, well worth a visit

I have been in to many pubs yet this is the friendliest of all. The bar staff and customers are always happy talking with each other and being very welcoming to tourists and newcomers
