Nothing extra-ordinary here but we really enjoyed the Autumn colour and sunlight in the park. Made some nice pictures there.

Beautiful trees, gardens, tennis court and chilling seating area and all by the side of the canal. Beautiful place to visit at any time of the day. Best in sunlight hours. Must visit on your trip to Bath. And it is free!!

Sun was shining on the morning we walked around the gardens. Nice canal running threw. No entry fee so was nice to spend an hour out away from all of the other attractions you need to pay to go in.

We walked there from the center of town, it's a nice walk, about 30 minutes. The park itself was lovely, calm and quieter than the bustling town. We saw some train spotters, who were hanging about at the rails, with very sophisticated cameras. We saw...More

Stopped here as part of the carnival, lots of bands on had a great afternoon in the sun listening to music. Park was great lots of space and quite peaceful I imagine when the bands aren’t on

Useful space to take the kids on the weekends when we're in Bath. Holbourne Museum has a good cafe nearby and the park has several tennis courts. Beautiful bridges over the canal

the best thing about the gardens is their history - this used to be the Vauxhall Pleasure Gardens of Bath. And the canal runs through the gardens, so go for a stroll along there

This is a really good park. Lots of surprising areas as you walk about. Slightly outside the main tourist areas, but worth the detour.

How often do you find a park in the middle of the city which gives everyone something. History can be found along the canal or you can play tennis for free or ride your bike or walk your dog. Something for everyone.

I did not park but walked along the tow path. I think the nearest car park could be the one by the famous bridge/ weir. Some on street parking but mainly used by residents as the houses were built without garages.

Yes there is one in the Holbourne Museum that is on the Sydney Garden grounds. Well worth visiting the museum too. Will be glad to answer any other queries
