Wallking in Bath is like being transported to another time. Everything is calm, and alive. The streets are clean and the store fronts are delightful.

Because there is some times a large queu for entering the Roman Bath Museum, the square is a popular area for performance artists. The sound of music instruments is well reflected from the surrounding buildings. You can enjoy it from the terraces

Shopping and restaurants everywhere. Not to big crowds but active. Human statutes and jugglers prevail. When in Bath England can't miss this street (mall)

Pretty much the heart of the city. Historical area with great shops along the way and runs right into the Bath Abby. At the time we visited Bath there was a lively Xmas market on this street and it was a fun and festive event.

You would have to check opening times but normally 10 or 11. This is due to restrictions on a Sunday
